These terms describe shopping with Aldo Gehard. The legal operator and jurisdiction are pending publication in our legal notice. Aldo Gehard is the seller for orders accepted through this website. Third-party fulfilment does not transfer the seller’s responsibilities to the customer or supplier.
Products, prices & orders
Review the product description, available options, price and delivery information before paying. Base prices and checkout charges are in euros (EUR); optional display conversions are estimates. An order is subject to payment approval and item availability. If an error or availability problem affects an order, Aldo Gehard must contact you to agree a correction or refund rather than impose a changed product or price without your agreement. Product imagery may display variations caused by lighting or screen settings; goods must still match their description.
Payments & checkout
Payments are processed through the payment provider available at checkout. Available methods depend on your device, location and the configured payment service. Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping details. Do not send complete payment-card information by email. Applicable payment terms and privacy information may also be provided by the payment processor.
Delivery, cancellations & returns
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days, depending on your location. Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies from delivery, under the conditions in our returns policy. Read the shipping policy and returns and refunds policy before placing an order. Destination availability is determined by checkout. Any required dispatch-origin, import-charge and return-cost disclosures must be completed before an affected purchase.
Acceptable use & brand references
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or submit fraudulent orders. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use in product descriptions does not, by itself, imply an authorized-dealer relationship, endorsement or affiliation. Product descriptions and authenticity representations must be supported by the seller.
Consumer rights, changes & disputes
These terms do not exclude mandatory warranties, withdrawal rights, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. No exclusive court, governing jurisdiction or blanket liability waiver is imposed while the legal operator is unconfirmed. Contact Aldo Gehard to seek a resolution to an order issue; any statutory complaint or dispute route remains available. Material policy changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
Currency display
Prices are based in EUR. Optional currency conversions are estimates using daily exchange rates. Checkout charges are in EUR; your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Multi-piece offers
Choose 1, 2 or 3 pieces of the same product and selected options. Two pieces receive an additional 15% off the current sale price per piece; three or more receive an additional 20%. Each qualifying cart line of at least three pieces includes one complimentary Aureon Black watch. The three-piece option is initially selected and can be changed before adding to cart. Totals and gifts update when quantities change.
