Our money-back guarantee allows you to request a return and refund within 30 days after delivery. This does not shorten any longer cancellation period, legal guarantee or remedy required by the law applicable to your order. For example, consumers in the European Economic Area generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for eligible online purchases, subject to legal exceptions.
Condition & eligibility
For a voluntary change-of-mind return, keep the item unused, with its tags, accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect the product as permitted by applicable law. Packaging or condition requirements do not remove rights relating to defective, misdescribed, damaged or incorrect goods.
How to request a return
Contact support@aldogehard.com with your order number, the item and the reason for your request once a working contact address has been provided. Photographs can help us assess damage or an incorrect item, but must not be used to deny rights where they are not legally required. Keep proof of purchase and delivery.
Do not send an item to a supplier or a parcel’s dispatch address without confirmed return instructions. The authorized return address is pending publication.
Return shipping & fees
Aldo Gehard is responsible for the cost of resolving a confirmed defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed item where required by applicable law. The arrangements for change-of-mind return postage and any permitted deductions have not yet been finalized and must be disclosed before purchase. No undisclosed restocking fee is established by this policy.
Refunds & exchanges
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, except where another method is lawfully agreed. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. The store’s specific refund processing deadline is pending confirmation; any mandatory statutory deadline continues to apply. Contact Aldo Gehard if an approved refund has not arrived. Exchange availability depends on the replacement item and cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations, loss & statutory rights
Request cancellation or an address change as soon as possible. Dispatch can affect the practical options available, but does not remove any applicable withdrawal right. For goods that do not arrive or are not as described, Aldo Gehard remains responsible for addressing the issue as your seller. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
